2025 Safe Sext Bingo

Terms and Conditions 

Safe Sext Bingo is organised by the ISLHD HIV & Related Programs Unit (HARP).  
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. 

Eligibility:

  • The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older currently residing in Australia. If under 18, participants must have parental or guardian approval. 

How to Participate:

  • Locate one of the Safe Sext posters displayed in bathrooms at participating venues, including but not limited to: La La La’s Wollongong, Howlin' Wolf Bar, The Prince Wollongong, Dagwood BK, Black Cockatoo Bar, and UOW UniBar. 

  • Take a photo of the poster. 

  • Share the photo on your Instagram stories and tag both @caddyshackproject and the venue where the poster was found.  

  • At least two venues need to be represented in each entry to be eligible. 

  • Collect photos of posters to complete a row on the provided bingo card. (See IG post for Bingo Card) 

Competition Period:

  • The Competition commences on Saturday 8th February 2025, at 1:00 PM AEST when the Instagram post goes live. It ends when all 10 prizes are claimed or on Thursday 31st July 2025, at 11:59PM AEST. Only entries received during this period will be eligible. 

Prizes:

  • A total of 10 Caddyshack prizes are available to be won. 

  • Prizes consist of a Caddyshack Project merch pack which contains external and internal condoms, business cards, lube, hand sanitiser, stickers, fluffy STI keyring, pen, tote bag, lip balm, keyring and oral dam 

  • Winners will be announced on Caddyshack Instagram Stories individually as they complete a bingo row and claim their prize. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Winner Selection:

  • To win, participants must submit valid Instagram story posts and demonstrate a completed bingo row. 

  • Winners will be the first 10 eligible entries. 

  • One entry per person is eligible. 

  • Sharing the same photo across Instagram accounts will not be accepted entry. 

  • Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within three (3) days of verification. 

  • Winners will be asked for their postal address and mobile number for the prize delivery. 

  • If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts or does not respond within seven (7) days, their prize will be forfeited to a new winner. 

Prize Delivery:

  • Prizes will be posted via Aus Post to winners within 14 days of being announced. 

Content Guidelines:

  • All submissions must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and terms of use. 

  • Posts must not include obscene, vulgar, or defamatory content. Such entries will be disqualified. 

Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the Competition will be handled in accordance with NSW Privacy Laws and the Australian Privacy Principles.  

  • Only Instagram handles of the winners will be shared on Caddyshack Project Instagram.  

  • Any personal details collected will be stored in a secure folder and will not be shared.

Liability:

  • The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures that may affect participation. 

  • Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Organiser excludes all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising in any way out of the Competition. 

General Conditions:

  • The Organiser’s decision on all matters related to the Competition is final. 

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

  • Any dispute as to the identity of an entrant will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
