What We’re Talking About
March 2026
It probably comes as no surprise to hear that we spend a lot of our time talking about sex, sexuality and sexual health. I mean, it’s literally our job as sexual health promotion officers.
As a team, you can find us iced coffee in hand, passionately deep diving into discussions around sex, consent and relationships.
It’s these candid chats that spark bigger questions and closer investigations into what is being done in the research, education, clinical and community spaces surrounding that topic. What services are out there? Where can we find out more? And who can we learn more from?
On The Couch
This is part of our process in pulling together a wish-list of guests, themes and topics for our On The Couch podcast and vodcast series. We also check if anyone is already producing this content, and we chat with our colleagues, partners and community members to gauge their appetite.
On The Couch is our podcast and vodcast series co-produced by Winnie, Maddy and Diana as an educational and capacity building tool that complements professional development and training in the sexual health, youth and community service sectors.
We collaborate with experts, practitioners, authors, advocates and influencers to share sex positive topics, stories, and insights that matter.
So, we thought we would let you in. A glimpse behind the curtain, if you will. If you want more of a breakdown of the key themes Behind The Couch check out our past blog posts;
And listen to our 3min episode with co-hosts Winnie and Maddy reflecting on the 2025 season.
